Cleveland Institute of Electronics (CIE) is a coeducational technical college whose primary mission is to produce technical skills through distance education. All of CIE's courses are offered online, giving individuals the opportunity to advance their education at their own pace instead of trying to fit into the schedules dictated by institutions that only offer traditional classrooms.
